Once a business listing has been published, activated, verified, or promoted on our platform, the service is considered delivered and completed. Therefore, payments for published listings are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests for premium listings, featured listings, sponsored placements, or advertising packages will only be considered if:
The service was not activated by PopularBusiness.in.
A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
The purchased service could not be delivered due to our fault.
No refund will be issued after the listing has been activated and displayed on the website.
Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced. This includes:

Content creation
Business profile enhancement
Digital marketing campaigns
Lead generation services
Social media promotion
If you are charged multiple times for the same service, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
