Questions about claiming
How do I know if my business is already listed?
Search for your business name at the top of this page. You can also browse by category or city.
Does it cost anything to claim my business?
No, claiming is free. Some optional extras, such as promoted placement and advertising, are paid, and you see the price before you pay.
What do I need to send?
Your name, phone number, email address and your role at the business. Adding your GST number or another way to confirm the business helps our team check your request.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many requests are waiting and whether we need to contact you. You will see the listing in your account once your request is approved.
What if someone else has already claimed my business?
If the page has no claim button, it already has an owner. Please use the contact page and tell us what is wrong, and our team will look into it.
Can more than one person manage a listing?
Each listing is managed from one account, so use an account your business can keep access to.
